Registration in person 0930h followed by brunch, meeting to start for 1100h and expected to end for 1300h.

Door prizes and brunch will be provided for all who come in person.  All attendees (either in person or virtual) will be eligible for some “big win” prizes!  You must be present (either in person or online) to win.  For those attending in person, we will reimburse mileage & the hotel cost for one night (up to a maximum of $300) for those who are driving more than 60 km one way to attend the meeting.  You can stay onsite at the Holiday Inn, or any hotel you prefer.  We will also reimburse for child/elder/dependent care costs incurred to attend the meeting at $15/hour – note that the back of the expense form must be completed and signed by your care provider.

Don’t miss your chance to reconnect with your peers, find out more about what is happening with our Local and Union, and provide your input!  Please note that we will be voting electronically for our local executive positions as well as Convention attendees.  Please bring a device with you that can connect to the wifi/internet and access Zoom.

For those attending in person, please RSVP to opseu4101@gmail.com by Monday, October 30.  For those attending virtually, you will need to register by Thursday, November 2 via the following link:  https://us02web.zoom.us/meeting/register/tZUoduGoqD0uHNVvwARjetDfNEWFke6_5lsQ.  When registering, please use your personal email address (not a work email address).  Note: any late RSVPs will only be able to attend virtually.
