This coverage satisfies the requirements for many Regulated Health Professions, but we ask that you check with your individual college to check their requirements.

The rate is $40 per year plus 8% tax. of the year. For that amount, you will receive:

• Professional Liability coverage (includes Damages, Defense costs and related fees)Coverage is for the individual
• $1,000,000 limit in excess of coverage provided by a hospital, clinic, employer, or other
• No deductible
• Terms and conditions as per the attached master policy

This coverage satisfies Bill 179 Professional Liability requirement for many regulated health professions (contact your College directly to ensure this coverage meets their requirements). You can also apply for this coverage even if you are not a member of a regulated health profession, but just want the peace of mind.

Please note that this coverage is NOT meant to replace coverage you may already have through your professional association. This coverage is an option for those who do not already have insurance or do not belong to a professional association.
